Russian expert: Bulgaria is most profitable for real estate investments

Bulgaria is one of the most profitable countries in Europe for real estate investments according to the proportion between price and quality and the annual real estate price increase, a Russian expert said. Patricia Ledeneva who is manager of the foreign investments section in IntermarkSavills real estate agency announced during a real estate investments conference in Moscow that Bulgaria among the other European countries is on the top of the list for investment redeemability.
