Bulgaria signs agreement for collaboration with the European Institute for Public Administration (EIPA)

The new agreement reflects on the changes in relation to the Bulgarian membership in the European Union and develops partnership opportunities. The agreement will be signed by the Minister of State Administration and Administrative reform Nikolay Vasilev and the General Director of European Institute for Public Administration (EIPA) Marga Pryol. EIPA is very prestigious institution that helps member-states of the EU in their efforts to strengthen their state administrations through training and research projects. The Bulgarian partnership with EIPA shall contribute to the increase of qualification of the Bulgarian state officials and shall have positive effect over the Bulgarian administration system.
The agreement is a addition to the signed in February, 2003, in Maastricht Agreement for co-operation between Bulgaria and EIPA.
